Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At ELEFAE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• Proof of purchase or Order ID must be provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Size Exchange

If the size you ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another eligible product, subject to this policy.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact ELEFAE within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products without original tags or labels
• Products showing stains, perfume, body odour, makeup, or other signs of use
• Personalised or customised products
• Items specifically marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
• Products returned after the applicable return period

This does not affect your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

You can also start a return from My Orders after signing in.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions from ELEFAE.

6. Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, ELEFAE will bear the applicable return shipping cost after verification.

For returns or exchanges due to size, fit, preference, or change of mind, return or exchange shipping charges may apply and will be communicated before the return is processed.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable, we may request bank or other appropriate payment details to process the refund.

Shipping charges, COD charges, or other service charges, if any, may be non-refundable except where the return results from an error by ELEFAE or as otherwise required by law.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Exchange Availability

All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, ELEFAE may offer an alternative product or process an eligible refund.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, subject to the status of the order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. After delivery, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with this policy.
